J Auclair, if you're still out there, I think maybe you were right. Dredging up the kitchen memories might not have been the idea most conducive to maintaining a sedate (as opposed to sedated) temperament.

    Oh dear lord, that second one made me laugh so loud I snorted, and then wonder if it would be wrong to print it and put it up at my cubicle at work, so I could look at it when my husband calls me at work.
