Why won't EGE write?

Is it because she just remembered it's her anniversary today, and she doesn't have a card or a gift for Poor Johnny or anything?


If he should ask, tell him the traditional gift for this milestone is leather, and that she's wanted one of these for thirty years...

    Ah that must be why I finally got my shit together and organised a package for you! It'll arrive late for this event, but think of it as an anniversary gift. heh. Except it's not made of leather. And it's not a handbag.
