I found the receipt! It was in the driveway. Must've fallen out of the car when i went to fill it up with beer yesterday.
Anyway, apparently a new tire doesn't cost a hundred dollars (if you click on the picture to make it bigger, you can read it fine):
Seriously.
Jimmy.
What the hell?

Depends on the tire - check sears auto center for a wide variety of tire prices.
but you're right, if jimmy put on an expensive tire, it sure should have lasted more than a couple months
You should kick Jimmy's ass. You should have Johnny take him out fer a "pint" if ya know what I mean...
I think Jimmy sounds a bit shady...
Most tires (new) are suppose to have a warranty, so you might see if you can find your old receipt - or credit card bill or something and take it up with Jimmy.
To be fair to Jimmy: The tire he sold me in June was used and he only charged me $50 for it. I had forgotten this when I wrote the post. The other ones, I don't remember specifically each one, but over the years I have bought new and used ones for him and I know I've paid $100 for a new one. That might have been for Francine (may she rest in peace), however, and she may have had more expensive tastes -- she was a Cadillac, after all.
So I'm forgiving him on the price point issue, and even the fact that the used June tire was bald. But I still don't understand why the four tires were four different sizes. My suspicion at first was that this guy was making it up just to sell me tires -- but then why wouldn't he say none of them were the right size and sell me four?
hahahaha you made me laugh and that was not easy to do. Hubby is in full dickhead alert and I am sicker than a dog, he gets nervous so the two usually do go together.
Just sign me... (giggle)
